Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at WONOQUE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
For Nails Orders
All our nails are ready stock, we do not accept custom order.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The package will be dropped into your letterbox. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during festive season.
International Shipping Policy (Outside of Singapore)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please take note any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of SingPost.
Please allow another 10 business days for airmail posted during festive period.
Due to Singapore export restriction, liquid items are not available for international shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WONOQUE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
WONOQUE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exchange & Refund Policy
For Nails Orders
Due to the nature of the product and hygiene purposes, WONOQUE do not accept exchange or refund. WONOQUE are also not held responsible for wrong nail size measurement issues.
For Other Orders
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of an equivalent or lower value, the balance of the values will not be refunded.You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
WONOQUE only bears the shipping cost for outbound delivery, you will need to bear the shipping cost for sending back the item to us.
